If my hand could catch light documents the attempt to capture an image out of thin air - out of a fragment of light - to hold on to a moment.
The work is inspired by the amateur astronomer, Felix Eberty's idea of light being the 'universal archive' of images. He suggests that all images are crossing the cosmos in the form of intangible light. If my hand could catch light is the documentation transforming captured light into an image we can understand.
